Coaching Youth Football
Throughout my Sophomore-Junior years in high school. I coached for the Tracy Raiders Football and Cheer program. Along with the Tracy Raiders, I also coached flag football in my community with Next Level Flag Football. Here I was able to build bonds with, and be a role model to the young athletes of my community. Over the three years of coaching, I was able to make an impact on over hundreds of athletes. I first started coaching in the fall of 2018, and would like to continue coaching, gathering well over 400 hours of community service.
Protecting Our Oceans
For my Senior Project at Tracy High, I chose to research, and do what I can to protect the oceans from ocean pollution. For my project I collected recyclable cans and bottles to collect money to donate towards the protection of ocean pollution. I also went to the beach multiple times to clean up all of the garbage I could find, gathering many bags full. With all of the money I had received from the cans and bottles, and donations, I donated it all to oceanconservancy.org. Then, to spread more awareness, I made social media posts, and presented a slideshow with the causes and effects of ocean pollution.
